We Extend our services for providing Supervision Or even Actual Operations and Maintenance for considerable tenure which is mutually agreed with the Client. The same can even be extended in mutual understanding. The service make it easy to the plant promoters to focus on the core business activity i.e Product development, marketing and sales & further expanding their business and we take care of operating the plant.
The Service is categorised in 2 options. Only Supervision on the operation and maintenance by providing Manegerial and supervisor staff to supervise the existing operators of the plant & Second option to provide Entire staff i.e Managers & Supervisors and further even skilled operators for the factory. The detailed information on the service is mentioned below:
The scope includes Supervise / Monitor, Train, guidence the plant operations and supervise the appointed operating staff on daily plant operations for smooth, efficient, performance oriented, continuous Plant operations. Well Experienced Staff and section heads shall be appointed to Execute the said job for desired output and performance.
The Main Parameters under supervision will be as follows:-
To Supervise / Monitor the Plant Maintenance work activity conducted by Client appointed Maintenance contractor so that the said work is conducted is satisfactory as per the requirement of the smooth & continuous operations of the plant with desired performance for the next coming crushing season. The Supervision on maintenance activtiy with proper assessment of all respective equipments, sections of the plant, pumps,drives, electricals items, etc after the crushing period will be conducted and proper reports and documents shall be furnished to the client for taking necessary actions and same shall be monitored and get it done from client appointed Maintenance contractor.
